A Day in The Life...

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a team to promote desired company growth.  You are the face of our company and first responder to incoming calls and questions. You are good at multi-tasking and know how to prioritize effectively. Your ability to win over customers and work with them on re-scheduling if the need arises makes it essential that you have the ability to connect with our customers and give them a great experience. In a typical day, you will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling repair calls, and other office duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

  •  Minimum of 2 years of office experience, answering multi-line phones and data entry
  •  Friendly, outgoing phone voice
  •  Upbeat, professional, and enjoys helping people
  •  Computer literate, can multitask and has good listening skills
  •  Reliable and committed to showing up daily and willing to take on additional duties as you learn more about the business
